Gaming is fun and entertaining — but ensuring it never becomes a problem is exactly what 1111det's responsible gaming programme is here for. Your safety is our highest priority.
Gaming is entertainment — not a guaranteed way to make money. If you ever feel like gaming is getting out of your control, reaching out for help is the brave thing to do.
1111det is always here for you — not just to win, but to play in a healthy, responsible way.
What is Responsible Gaming?
When you play at 1111det, we want it to be purely enjoyable — no pressure, no stress, no addiction. Responsible gaming means seeing a game for what it is. Betting is entertainment, nothing more.
Research shows that most people who develop problems either don't notice the warning signs early on or don't take them seriously when they do. 1111det wants every user to be able to recognise those signs and seek help in time when needed.
That's why we don't just offer games — we provide safety tools too. From deposit limits to self-exclusion, everything is completely free and can be activated directly from your account.
Keep in mind: Responsible gaming is not a sign of weakness — it's the mark of a smart player.
Before every session, ask yourself — how much have I set aside to play with today? Could I handle losing it? If the answer is no, the right call is to skip today.
Before each session, set a gaming budget based on what you can genuinely afford — and stick to it.
Don't play for hours on end without a break. Step away, and spend time with family and friends.
"Just one more round and I'll win it back" — that thinking is dangerous. If you lose, accept it and walk away.
Stay away from gaming when you're feeling down, angry, or anxious.
When your judgement is impaired, making sound decisions is difficult — avoid gaming at those times.
In Your Control
These tools are completely free — you can activate them anytime directly from your account settings.
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Decreasing your limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a waiting period.
Once you reach a set loss amount, your gaming session stops automatically. You define this limit yourself — and it protects you from significant losses.
Set a time limit for your gaming sessions in advance. When your time is up, you'll receive an automatic logout or an alert.
Take a break from gaming for 24 hours to 30 days. During this time, you will not be able to log in to your account.
Exclude yourself from 1111det for 6 months, up to 5 years, or permanently. This step is the most effective safeguard when it matters most.
You'll receive regular pop-up notifications showing how long you've been playing and how much you've spent in BDT.
How to activate: Log in to 1111det → Account Settings → "Responsible Gaming" section → choose the tool you need. If you run into any issues, let us know via live chat.
Warning Signs
If you notice these signs, it's time to seek help. Recognising them isn't a weakness — it's self-awareness.
You keep playing to try to win back what you've lost; you borrow money or take on debt to fund your gaming; you prioritise gaming over family or work.
You find it hard to stop playing; you feel down or irritable when you can't game; the amount of time or money you spend gaming keeps increasing.
Gaming is just one form of entertainment for you; you stay calm when you lose; you never spend beyond your budget.
Check Yourself
Answer the questions below honestly — be truthful with yourself.
1. Did you spend more than your budget last month?
2. After a loss, have you kept playing to try to win it back?
3. Has gaming negatively affected your family life or work?
If you answered "Sometimes" or "Yes" to two or more questions, please speak with our support team — or consider self-exclusion.
Step by Step
Go to Account Settings and select "Deposit Limit". Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 72-hour waiting period — this is by design.
When you feel like you need a break, use the "Cooldown" option to pause for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period, deposits and gaming will be completely disabled. The break cannot be cancelled before it ends.
Contact support to activate self-exclusion or do it yourself through Account Settings. The minimum period is 6 months and can be permanent — it cannot be cancelled before the period ends.
Set a reminder anywhere between 15 minutes and 2 hours. A pop-up will show how long you've been playing and how much you've spent in BDT — keeping you informed and in control.
